In this seminar, we share some of the findings of the ARC-funded international research project on datafication in schooling. Our research focused on the development of data infrastructures: networks of resources and practices involving new digital technologies that enable the production, analysis and use of data for managing education across times and places. In this seminar, we present the preliminary findings drawn from our qualitative research work in Edmonton (Canada), Chicago (USA) and Tokyo (Japan) and on the emerging data infrastructure development in Australia (National Schools Interoperability Program).
