Airlie Bell, adjunct lecturer in the School of Education and the UNE Business School, was awarded the CDAA Excellence Award for 2017 as National Practitioner of the Year at the recent Career Development Association of Australia National Conference.
The award recognised her excellence in the design and delivery of career development programs with the judges commenting that Airlie has a proven strong ability to contextualise career development programs across a range of work settings and client/societal contexts.
“She has a strong commitment to program evaluation and continuous improvement and truly lives her vision of being a catalyst for change and empowerment of others,” the judges said.
