Sophia Doran of the Business School receives her Emerging Leader Certificate of Completion from Dr Eliza Kent, Deputy Director Graduate Studies.

Over the last 12 months 40+ academic and professional staff have participated in leadership programs offered internally at UNE.  As part of the program participants have worked in partnership on leadership projects to apply their learnings and realise benefits for their work areas and the University as a whole.

These projects were showcased at presentations to supervisors of participants on 10 and 17 November.  Participants in both Leadership Programs were nominated by their Managers/Supervisors.

Leadership development programs will continue in 2017.
