This one and a half hour session is open to all UNE staff and will overview:
· the UNE organisational context for PPDR

· highlight what to expect and how to prepare for the annual review conversation

· helpful hints and tips for engaging with the PPDR process, and

· a demonstration on how to finalise the PPDR in web kiosk.

Participants will be provided with a copy of the PowerPoint presentation slides and supporting material.
Participants to supply all other writing materials for the workshop.
