This  2 hour session is open to all UNE staff and will overview:

• the UNE organisational context for PPDR
• highlight what to expect and how to prepare for the annual review conversation
• helpful hints and tips for engaging with the PPDR process, and
• include a demonstration on how to finalise the PPDR in web kiosk.

Participants will be provided with a workbook and will need to bring all other writing materials to the workshop
