This workshop is designed to provide guidance to supervisors and managers on the performance management framework.

It will look at how and why performance issues occur and the benefits of addressing them early.  You will be provided with tools and the opportunity to work through practical exercises.  The workshop will enable you to:

 

Learn how to support staff to perform at their best and build a culture of performance

Identify underperformance and the reasons for it

Recognise performance issues

Learn about UNE informal and formal performance management processes

Build confidence in undertaking performance conversations
