Every second year the University Library conducts a client survey.

The purpose of this survey is to identify improvement opportunities in library services. The survey also helps us to benchmark our performance against many other Australian university libraries.

The next survey will open on Monday 17 August 2015 and will close on Monday 14 September 2015 at 9.00am.

To provide confidentiality, the survey is conducted by Insync.

All staff and students will receive an email with a link to the survey which will take about 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated confidentially and the University of New England will not be able to identify your name with your responses.
