Program Objectives

You’ll come out of this session with powerful tools for managing people. We’ll bring theory to life and tell you how to succeed. A range of practical tips will be presented to you. You’ll talk through examples and enjoy practical exercises. By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Asses when to focus on task, team and individual
  • Use feedback to build motivation and performance
  • Help people solve problems and conflicts together
  • Set priorities and manage workflow

  1. About your training request – Your Training Request has been approved /has not been approved yet – this system generated message indicates whether or not your supervisor has approved your training request, it does not indicate that you have a place
  2. About the status of your training registration – You are registered to attend a course (=you have a seat) / you are on the waitlist for the course
  3. Reminders that you are registered to attend a course – course date, time, venue, etc.

Please be sure that your training request has been approved by your manager and you have received advice that you are registered to attend the course.
