The community is warmly invited to attend the University of New England’s ANZAC Centenary Service to be held at the UNE Memorial Rose Garden at 8am on the 25th April, 2015. 2015 is the centenary of ANZAC so holds special significance as we join to commemorate the landing on Gallipoli in 1915. It is the day on which we remember Australians who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations. The spirit of Anzac, with its human qualities of courage, mateship, and sacrifice, continues to have meaning across our nation.
