The Booloominbah Collection has exciting changes taking place under the new management of UNE Life’s Food & Beverage Manager, Debbie Cartledge.

Some staff may have noticed small layout changes which allow for a very relaxed atmosphere. The changes have certainly been welcomed by staff and students alike, with the return of “Bool’s Friday Sessions” where the Collection remains open through to 7pm with a variety of drinks, cocktails and complimentary canapés available.

At the other end of the day, The Booloominbah Collection is now open from 7am with a complete breakfast menu starting from just $5 and an entirely new restaurant and catering menu from February 9th.
