Starting Monday, 23rd June, we intend to send our usual personalised emails (via UNE Qualtrics) to T2 unit coordinators.
The emails will contain the survey link that we use to collect the information we require to facilitate those exams.
If you have a unit with an exam in T2 or have a deferred exam during T2, please complete the survey without delay when it lands in your inbox.
We will use this information to create the exam timetable, provide key communications to students, and configure the supervision arrangements for your unit/s exams.
Further key dates for your convenience are listed below
- Exam Request surveys due by 30 June
- Draft exam timetable will be sent to Schools for feedback by 4 July
- Feedback period re draft exam timetable ends 8 July
- Final exam timetable released to students by 11 July
- Census date 21 July
- All exams to be built and ‘student ready’ / handed over to Exams Team for configuration by 20 August
- All alternative assessments to be built by 20 August
- Exams (compressed) peak period 22 Sept to 28 Sept.
It is possible to hold supervised exams at any point in the trimester if relevant to your unit, including deferred exams.
We welcome requests for earlier exam arrangements. If you would like to request an exam be facilitated outside of the formal exam period and have not already requested this, please make urgent contact with the Exams & eAssessment Team via olxforstaff@une.edu.au
