The T3 peak exam period begins Tuesday, 28th January, and several staff members have enquired about the level of student support available.

As usual, we have additional staff to respond to the volume of phone calls and AskUNE enquiries.

Exams & eAssessment staff can be contacted directly via our advertised x2145 phone number anytime during business hours. Our direct contact details, as well as extensive support information, have been posted to students in a variety of channels throughout the teaching period. We generally respond to the majority of phone calls in real-time. Voicemails are generally responded to within 10-20 minutes (during support hours) SRM (AskUNE) incidents are generally responded to within 24 hours

This screenshot of the information every UNE student sees on login to ProctorU explains the available support

Staff may contact the team directly by phone for urgent matters, or should send their enquiries by mail to olxforstaff@une.edu.au

(Note – students should either phone or use student channels in AskUNE, NOT the olxforstaff@une address please)

Academic colleagues should encourage students to contact the Exams Team directly rather than attempting to resolve or advise on issues themselves.  This often only delays or complicates any resolution and often creates stress and frustration for all involved.

Please assist us to reinforce our key messages to students, and send them in our direction if they require any assistance.
