Project Uplift is about to commence the fourth (and final) tranche of unit uplifts, focusing on T3 units and any units that have been missed out in previous sprints or don’t fall neatly into the trimester system (such as year-long units, reading units etc).
Of the 300+ units offered, about 30 have not been offered in T3/2023 (the first tranche of the project) and will go through a full uplift. Another 70 have been carried over from previous tranches and will be reviewed to see if a full uplift as required. The remaining units will have had a (full or partial) uplift in the past and will go through the standard site setup process and an “uplift light” to catch any further improvements.
If you are a T3 unit coordinator and your units haven’t been “uplifted” in the past, the project team will be in touch soon to start the evaluation process.
If you are coordinating a unit that has already been through the uplift, the project team will start work on those units soon. If you are planning on any changes for the units or have some ideas you’d like to discuss with the team to incorporate into the T3 unit, we are keen to hear from you.
