After the LMS review last year, an additional workstream under Project Uplift is the review of our video systems (currently Echo360 and Kaltura).
The aim of this workstream is to carry out a review of available video systems in the market via an open tender, with the view to potentially consolidate to just one video system for UNE.
The initial stages of the tender process are now complete and we have reached the testing stage for the shortlisted vendors.
To get as much input as possible from across UNE, we’d like to invite you to participate in the testing.

We will ask you to complete a confidentiality deed after you have signed up, and will then share access details and basic test scenarios with you (recording, editing etc).
You are welcome to test other functions outside of the test scenarios if there are features of particular interest to you. For basic scenario testing, please allow 1-2 hours per system.
