For those of you teaching into units which have exams starting in a few weeks, a critical issue is emerging.
Less than 50% of exams have been built in the LMS, The deadline for the completion of this work was 29th April.
Work to configure the exams in preparation for the exam period starting 30th May is unable to proceed at this point.
Noting that the development and final delivery of assessment remains the responsibility of Unit Coordinators, the Learning Design and Exams & eAssessment teams will provide support to those who require it.
Please respond urgently using one of the following options
- If you are confident in creating/updating your own exam – please advise us of the details incl unit codes/s via olxforstaff@une.edu.au with a priority ETA for when this will be done
- If you require some assistance with the creation/updating of your exam – please urgently make contact with learningdesign@une.edu.au noting the unit code/s and details of what kind of assistance you will need (eg question pools, create, edit or just checking?)
- If you have already requested assistance from the Learning Design Team – please ensure that you respond to any requests for information etc from the Learning Design Team asap
- If your exam is already built and finalised – thank you for your assistance. If you wish to confirm this is the case please send an email to olxforstaff@une.edu.au
