As we approach the Christmas holidays, our UNE facilities will be condensing their hours to accommodate for the holiday period.
AskUNE
The AskUNE phone line (02) 6773 2000 and Live Chat will close on 5pm Friday 20 December 2024 and reopen at 9am Thursday 2 January 2025. You can still send your questions to AskUNE 24/7, and enquiries will be prioritised when staff return.
UNE IT Support
UNE IT Support will be closed from 5pm Sunday 22 December 2024 and reopen 9am Thursday 2 January 2025.
Please be aware that onsite support will not be available during this period. Should you require IT assistance, you can reach IT by phone at 1800 763 040 or (02) 6773 5000 or log a job through the IT Service Portal and enquiries will be prioritised when staff return.
UNE Armidale Campus – Dixson Library Opening Hours
Dixson Library will be closed from 7pm Sunday 22 December 2024 and reopen at 9am Thursday 2 January 2025. Between Thursday 2 January 2025 and Sunday 12 January 2025, Dixson Library will be operating between the hours of 9am – 5pm and will return to its usual opening hours of 8am – 7pm from Monday 13 January 2025.
UNE Armidale Campus – Law Library Opening Hours
The UNE Law Library will be closed from 5pm Friday 20 December 2024 and will return to usual hours of 9am – 5pm from Monday 13 January 2025.
UNE Sydney Campus
The UNE Sydney Campus will be closed from 5pm Sunday 22 December 2024 and will reopen 8:30am Thursday 2 January 2025.
UNE Tamworth Campus
The UNE Tamworth Campus will be unstaffed between Saturday 21 December 2024 – Sunday 5 January 2025. UNE Tamworth will only be accessible by ID card between 5:30am – 11pm. To access the Tamworth campus during these times, contact tamworthstudent@une.edu.au by Wednesday 18 December 2024.
UNE Taree Campus
The UNE Taree Campus will be unstaffed between Monday 23 December 2024 – Wednesday 8 January 2025. UNE Taree will only be accessible by ID card between 6:30am – 10:30pm. To access the Taree campus during these times, contact tareesc@une.edu.au by Wednesday 18 December 2024.
