As we are quickly approaching the Easter long weekend, our UNE facilities will be condensing their hours to accommodate for the holiday period Friday 29 March – Monday 1 April.
AskUNE
The AskUNE phone line (02) 6773 2000 and Live Chat will close on 5pm Thursday 28 March and reopen 9am Tuesday 2 April. You can still send your questions enquiries to AskUNE 24/7, and they will be prioritised when staff return.
UNE IT Support
- Good Friday – 29 March: Closed
- Easter Saturday – 30 March: Open from 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Easter Sunday – 31 March: Closed
- Easter Monday – 1 April: Open from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Should you require IT assistance, you can reach IT by phone at 1800 763 040 or (02) 6773 5000 or log a job through the IT Service Portal. Please be aware that onsite support will not be available during this period.
UNE Armidale Campus – Dixson Library
- Good Friday – 29 March: Closed
- Easter Saturday – 30 March: Open from 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Easter Sunday – 31 March: Closed
- Easter Monday – 1 April: Open from 10:00am – 5:00pm
Dixson Library will reopen as per usual 8am Tuesday 2 April.
UNE Tamworth Campus
The UNE Tamworth Campus will be available Friday 29 March – Monday 1 April by ID Card access only and will be unstaffed during these dates. Students will be able to access UNE Tamworth between 5:30am and 11pm every day, as usual with correct access. To gain access to the Tamworth Campus contact tamworthstudent@une.edu.au
UNE Sydney Campus
The UNE Sydney Campus will be closed from 9pm Thursday 28 March and will reopen Tuesday 2 April.
UNE Taree Campus
The UNE Taree Campus will be available Friday 29 March – Monday 1 April by ID Card access only and will be unstaffed during these dates. Students will be able to access UNE Taree between 6:30am and 10:30pm, every day as usual with correct access. To gain access to the Taree Campus contact tareesc@une.edu.au
