As you may be aware, some students encountered an unexpected technical issue during online examinations last week. Technical issues are a normal part of working with technology, but we understand that these issues can be very frustrating for people who have been affected.
For this one, we were able to work with our supervision provider to isolate and resolve the issue within days, and at the same time provide immediate support and options to students. Because most students weren’t affected, we’ll be sending more specific information directly to those who were.
We want to reassure everyone that we have a range of strategies in place to support affected students and ensure nobody is adversely impacted, and this is the case for any issue that comes up – no matter what happens, we’ll respond and support you through it.
