Holiday Season Operating Times 2022
The University of New England will be closed from Saturday, 24 December 2022 through to Tuesday, 3 January 2023. Here is an overview of the closures over the break;
Student Services:
Your Student Services Team is available until Friday 23rd December. You can reach the team on 02 6773 2000, through Live Chat or by email through AskUNE. Any emails received through the closure period will be responded to from return on 9:00am Tuesday 3rd January.
Security:
Campus Security remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact Security on (02) 6773 2099.
Mental Health Support:
UNE Mental Health Support Line is available through the break on: 1300 661 927. Alternatively, you can text 0488 884 169.

Study Centre Reception/Support Desk:
UNE Sydney – Closed from 23rd December. Reopens Tuesday 3rd January from 9:00am. January 3rd to January 6th the centre will be open 9:00am to 4:30pm, returning to standard hours from Monday 9th January.
UNE Tamworth – Closed from 3pm 23rd December. Reopens 9am Tuesday 3rd January. During closure, student ID card access will remain available between 5:30am-11pm daily.
UNE Taree – Closed from 23rd December. Reopens Tuesday 3rd January.
UNE Regional Study Centres will remain accessible 24/7 by Student ID Card.
Library:
Dixson Library is open until 7:00pm Friday December 23rd – Reopens 8:00am January 3rd.
Law Library is closed from Saturday December 24th – Reopens Tuesday January 3rd.

IT Support:
Available until 5:00pm on Friday 23rd December 2022.
Closed for UNE Closure period Saturday 24th December through Monday 2nd January.

Incidents should be raised via our service portal: https://une.service-now.com/sp_it, where we will have emergency-only staff on during the Christmas closure period to monitor queues.
