This weekend, one of UNE’s core student record systems (Callista) will be undergoing a routine upgrade.
From 5pm Thursday 28th October, to midday Monday 1st November the following systems used by students will be offline and unavailable:
- myUNE
- Online enrolment (OLE)
- eReserve (Library)
Moodle will remain available and can be best accessed through the direct link: https://moodle.une.edu.au.
Make sure that you have the direct link above bookmarked and it would be a good idea to download any materials (such as lectures, readings, PowerPoints etc.) that you are aware you will need from Thursday afternoon 5pm through to Monday midday, just in case.
Adjust your enrolment before Thursday (if needed)!
Please ensure you have adjusted your enrolment (adding or changing units for Trimester 3) through the Online Enrolment (OLE) system before 5pm Thursday, 28 October.
While Monday 1 November is published as the last date to make changes to your enrolment for Trimester 3, the system will be unavailable over the weekend, making a shorter timeframe for planning your enrolment.
After 1 November, withdrawal from units is still possible up until the Census Date for Trimester 3.
