The next maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, 21 August between 6am and 6pm. As a result, some IT services will experience periods of disruption.
Who will be affected?
Students working or studying physically on campus should expect intermittent outages as systems are restarted following maintenance updates. Network connections (including the wireless network) and internet access will be unavailable in different locations across campus during the day.
Will Moodle be affected?
Moodle should NOT be affected as there is no maintenance planned on that platform. However, we recommend that you download any materials you require over the weekend to your local system, such as readings and lecture recordings. This will ensure you have access in case of any on-campus network outages or disruptions that affect connections to local systems.
If access via MyUNE is not available, please access your units directly in Moodle.
Student Email (Office365 emails @myune.edu.au) should be available throughout the day.
Why are we performing maintenance?
This event is one of UNE’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.
The schedule of maintenance windows for 2021 can be found on the TDS website.
Service Desk support hours this weekend:
