Teaching for Trimester 3, 2020 begins today, October 26th.
If you are already enrolled, be sure to log into your Moodle pages this week to plan out your trimester and get started with your content.
If you’re not yet enrolled, it’s time to ensure that your study plans are in place for the trimester. Enrolment for Trimester 3 will close next Monday, November 2nd. If you are intending to study in Trimester 3, you can follow the steps here to add units to your enrolment.
Keep in mind that your online enrolment portal may look a little different to how you remember it due to the recent systems upgrade. You can find more information on this here.
If you’re a new UNE student, make sure to work through your UNE101 Moodle unit and get familiar with the Library, Academic Skills Office, IT Support available and more.
Another thing to keep in mind is that all students need to complete the Academic Integrity Module. If you haven’t done so, you won’t be able to submit your assignments. So make sure to complete this as soon as possible!
If you are needing any assistance with enrolment and beginning your studies, please get in contact with our Student Success team through AskUNE, Live Chat or our social media channels.
Hi Alana, the Moodle pages have been redesigned and at the bottom of every page there is a very large ‘Acknowledgement of Country’ section. Is it possible to remove this? It’s rather distracting having this Acknowledgement of Country appearing on every single page!
Hi Sofie,
I contacted our moodle team and they advised that The Acknowledgment of Country as well as the Copyright notice and the Armidale time are part of the UNE footer that appears on every page. There is no way for students to hide / remove any of those sections. However, it will always be right at the bottom of the page and display below unit materials further up on page.
