Well, now is your opportunity! Join the UNE community in a conversation about where we are headed and what we need to do to get there.
Our fundamental purpose as a university will not change significantly; UNE must retain its commitment to providing a quality education to those in need. Nevertheless, how we design and deliver education, and add value through our engagement in productive knowledge partnerships will need to transform considerably.
This is a time of both opportunity and challenge. To move forward, we need your help to think big, be creative and work together to devise a new strategic plan that enables UNE and those with whom we partner – through education, research and community engagement – to succeed and prosper.
To do this UNE wants to know what you think we do well as an institution, where we might do better, and what we might consider developing and incorporating into our future practices.
You can contribute by:
- Doing a 5 minute survey about UNE’s priorities
- Post an idea about the future of UNE, the student journey, academic excellence or knowledge partnerships.
- Join a discussion on key themes.
- Like an idea from another person.
- Sign-up for an online discussion to explore some of the ideas further.
Current health restrictions means the consultation must start with a predominately online model through the UNE 21+ web site which you can access at jointheconversation.une.edu.au using your UNE student login details.
The platform will be live until the end of August and we encourage you to share your comments and ideas. We genuinely value and appreciate your input into our future and our next strategic plan.
