Blank page when accessing Echo360 lecture recording?

A recent update to Echo360 caused some older versions of browsers to be unsupported and show blank pages when you try to access lecture recordings.

The latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and MS Edge work well. Internet Explorer is not recommended.

If you are having issues, please update your browser to the latest version and/or switch to a different (supported) browser and try again.

If the problems persist, please contact the IT Service Desk (https://une.service-now.com) and if you already have an open ticket – please let them know if the above steps have resolved the problem.
