We’re interested in awareness of and perceptions of student support tools and services, and in understanding how you make choices about which services you’ll make use of. The PVCAI Office has formulated a survey to investigate these issues in a measured and empirical manner.
The survey aims to explore four core identified areas of interest:
- Are students are satisfied with their experience using the different support services and tools?
- What influences students decision to use a particular support service or tool?
- To what extent are students aware of the support service or tools?
- What gaps do students perceive in UNE’s current support offerings?
You can help us better understand what support services and tools you’d like as students and how to ensure you are made aware of them by participating in the survey today!
