This weekend, one of UNE’s major systems (Callista) will be undergoing an upgrade and is expected to impact several other services.
From 3pm Friday 10th May, to late morning Monday 13th May the following systems used by students will be offline;
- myUNE
- Online enrolment (OLE)
- eReserve (Library)
Moodle will remain available and can be best accessed through the direct link: https://moodle.une.edu.au
Make sure that you have the direct link above bookmarked, and it would be a good idea to download any materials (such as lectures, readings, powerpoints) that you are aware you’ll need over the weekend, just in case.
If you encounter any tech troubles over the weekend, keep in mind that our IT Support Team are available on (02) 6773 5000 between 8.30am-9pm weekdays and between 9am-5pm on weekends.
Is it just ereserve, or will we not be able to use the online library at all?

My apologies for the late reply. I hope that you were able to access all you needed over the weekend. We were advised that only eReserve would be affected so please don’t hesitate to let us know if you found otherwise so that we can pass feedback on.
