A number of UNE students and staff are receiving emails with the subject heading: ITHELPDESK with the latest version being sent from a UNE account (see above example).
These are not legitimate emails.
If you’ve received one of these emails and clicked on the link and entered your UNE credentials (username and password); please change your password immediately and if you need help to do that, please contact the IT Service Desk on ext 5000 or via the portal at https://une.service-now.com/sp_it.
Otherwise, please delete the email and empty your deleted emails folder.
