If you didn’t get the results you expected and/or failed one or more units, and need to chat to someone about your options, give the Student Support Team a call on 02 6773 4430, or book an appointment online at a time that suits you and we will call you.

Academic Progression Alerts

If you have failed more than 50 percent of the units you attempted in Trimester 3, you will receive an Academic Progression Alert early next week. It’s not the end of the world, but it is an opportunity to get your studies back on track.

Our Student Advisors are here to help you develop an Academic Improvement Strategy. This will involve identifying the factors that are affecting your studies, and organising access to support specific to your personal needs.

The first step is to book a phone or Skype appointment, at a time that suits you. It is free and completely confidential.

If you received an alert after Trimester 1, received a second alert after Trimester 2, and receive a Show Cause Notice after trimester 3, it’s not the end of the world, but you will need to respond to the notice. Once again, give us a call as soon as you can, or book a callback from one of our Student Support Officers.
