Final grades for Trimester 2, 2018 are available  in MyUNE, and via UNE email now.

Good Luck from all of us here at the Student Support Team.

What to do if it all went a bit pear-shaped

If  you have a query regarding your grade, please contact your Unit Coordinator in the first instance.

If you need to appeal your grade, here’s the process (via AskUNE) to appeal a Grade.

If you didn’t get the results you expected and/or failed one or more units, and need to chat to someone about your options, give the Student Support Team a call on 02 6773 4430, or book an appointment online at a time that suits you and we will call you.

Academic Progression Alerts

If you have failed more than 50 percent of the units you attempted in Trimester 2, you will receive an Academic Progression Alert early next week. It’s not the end of the world, but it is an opportunity to get your studies back on track.

Our Student Advisors are here to help you develop an Academic Improvement Strategy. This will involve identifying the factors that are affecting your studies, and organising access to support specific to your personal needs.

The first step is to book a phone or Skype appointment, at a time that suits you. It is free and completely confidential.

If you received an alert in Trimester 1, receive a second alert in Trimester 2, and you are currently enrolled in Trimester 3 units, a Student Advisor will be in touch shortly after you receive your email to discuss your studies and develop an action plan with you. Once again, you can book an appointment yourself, if that is more convenient for you.

    Hi Luke,

I’m trying to access my results and course details and I keep getting an “Internal Server Error”.

    Thanks
