Published On July 27, 2018 | By Luke | News

Census Date is Monday (and that’s the deadline to withdraw from a Unit without paying for it).

So, if you are planning to withdraw from a unit, or you’re still not quite sure about your study load, or you need assistance or advice, make sure you contact the Student Support Team via studentsupport@une.edu.au or 02 6773 4430.

If you’re passing by one of our Study Centres in Tamworth, Taree or Parramatta today, drop in for a chat.

We’ve also got face-to-face support in the Dixson Library Foyer from 11am – 2pm. There’s no need for an appointment. You can just drop in.

      Hi Cassandra:
      1. Log into myUNE using your UNE username and password.
      2. Click on the myEnrol tab and then click on the link: ‘Enrolment and Enrolment Variation’. If you are undertaking more than one award, click on the link to the relevant course.
      3. Click the ‘Units’ link underneath the ‘Online Variation Step’ heading (in the blue box towards the bottom of the screen).
      4. To withdraw from a unit, click on the ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove’ tick box for the unit
      5. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button in the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
      6. If you are withdrawing from units, select a reason from the drop down menu if it appears.
      7. Click on the ‘Confirm’ then on ‘Save and View Transaction’ button that appears if your enrolment is correct.
      8. Click ‘Return to Current Enrolment’ and make sure that the correct units have a status of ‘Enrolled’. Ensure that any withdrawn units have disappeared or have a status of ‘Discontinued’.
