Psychology week ‘Australiana’ lunch: Next thursday (16 Nov) 11AM – 2PM; take a moment, slow down, join us for lunch
You are invited to a free “Australiana” lunch on Thursday 16 November from 11 am – 2 pm, to the sounds of Tune FM in the Northern Courtyard, UNE Armidale Campus.
For the first 80 students to arrive, there will be a free “Healthier Minds” bag. In the bag you’ll find items designed to help you slow down, let go of thinking and tune into your senses.
The Australian lunch is being held to help celebrate “Psychology Week”. The 2018 theme for Psychology Week is “Thriving in the Digital Age”.
Taking time to wind down and enjoy relaxing activities is an important part of a balanced life and helps to reduce stress.
With Tune FM’s help, we’ll be sharing some psychological tips for resisting the internet’s grip and how to be a healthy user of social media.
