Published On June 1, 2017 | By Luke | News

Volunteers are required for participation in a high intensity exercise training study to address polycystic ovarian syndrome management.

Female participants of 18 years and above who are not undergoing fertility treatment are sought to participate in a high intensity interval training (HIIT) study. Participants will be randomly allocated to HIIT group or control group. The control group will be the non-exercise group.

The study will require approximately 45 min to 1 hour of exercise per session, three days per week for 12 weeks. Participants must be non-smokers.

This project has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of New England Approval No. HE15-277; Valid to 01/01/18
