Please note the direct URLs (which may allow you to log in when links between myUNE and services are not working):

Network upgrades have been scheduled for W37, W38, W39 (School of Law and UNE Business School) and E11 (Arts, Humanities and Social Science) between 6am and 6pm, during this time wired and wireless network access will not be available in those areas.  The network will still be available during this maintenance window in the adjoining areas of W40, W42 and the E12 (Arts A1 lecture theatre) as well as elsewhere on campus to allow for Intensive schools to continue in those areas.

For other areas not listed above staff and students should expect intermittent outages as systems are restarted following maintenance updates. Network connections as well as internet access will be unavailable in different locations across campus during the day.

This event is one of ITD’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.

The schedule of maintenance windows for 2017 can be found on the ITD website http://www.une.edu.au/staff-current/staff-services/it-services/it-maintenance-dates.

Service Desk support will be available during the weekend – please contact servicedesk@une.edu.au or http://une.service-now.com if you are experiencing problems after the maintenance outage.
