FIND YOUR VOICE: Being Herd at UNE 25 and 26 March; register your interest now
Being Herd is a FREE two-day workshop that empowers young people aged 18-30 to give a voice to their story of mental ill health.
The workshop will be held at UNE on 25th & 26th of March.
Examples of mental ill health include: depression, anxiety, suicide, trauma, grief, eating disorders, bullying and stress.
You don’t need a diagnosed mental illness to take part in the program. We are interested in the personal stories of anyone who has felt that their mental health has held them back, or made life more difficult than it needs to be.
