What does “Have commenced a new course of study as a Distance Education student in Trimester 3, 2013” mean? Does this scholarship includes new and old students?

    • Jacinta says:

      Hi Victor,

The Scholarship is for any Distance Ed students who commenced a new course in trimester 3 2013 and are still enrolled post census date.

      I hope this helps.

I have submitted an application and when I saved the document from Centrelink it saved as an oxps
I have no way of scanning it into the computer, so I saved it and then up loaded it with the application form which I had filled out on line.
Will the university be able to open this document?
    Thank you
    Kerryanne

      Hi Kerryanne,

Can you give Student Central a call on 02 6773 4444 and they can have a look for you?

        Thank you.
A kind lady rang me this morning to advise that it would not open and I was able to fax the centrelink documents. It is strange that Centrelink will not allow you to save it to the computer as a normal document. I mean it is your paperwork. Any way thank you for assistance.

  8. Amy says:

Could you please give me an email address to send it to.. I cant find where it goes from that link, thank you

    • ED says:

      Hi Amy,

There’s no email address to send it to – you need to upload it into AskUNE. Here’s how to do that:

      1. Click the http://www.une.edu.au/askune/ link at the bottom of the post (above)
      2. That takes you to AskUNE so click on the Current Student tab at the top of the AskUNE box.
      3. Click on the AskUNE link at the bottom of that box
      4. Click on the contact us tab and follow the link to upload.

You may have to log in using your UNE credentials as part of the process. If you get stuck, please give Student Central a call and they can talk you through it.
