TDS are installing a new digital certificate for connecting to the University’s wired and wireless networks on the evening of Friday 19 August, 2022. Users may see a pop-up box indicating that there is a new certificate issued by Digicert, if users see this pop-up they should accept/trust this new certificate. If you reject this certificate, network connection will not work and the network connection will need to be forgotten and a new connection established.

The IT support will be available on Friday evening until 8pm and during the weekend from 9am to 5pm, please contact 1800 763 040 or log a job via the ServiceNow portal if you are experiencing problems.
