ITD will be performing maintenance on University IT systems and services next Saturday, 21September 2013. The full-day maintenance will commence from 6am and will complete by 6pm. 

This is a major outage as we start to prepare our infrastructure for delivery of our Structural Adjustment Fund (SAF) projects in the 4th quarter of this year. 

For staff:  Staff should expect a full outage for at least a part of the morning and then intermittent outages as systems are restarted following maintenance in the afternoon. Note that the phone system will also experience disruption early in the day.

For Students: Moodle and Student email (Office 365) will NOT be affected

This event is one of ITD’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.
