IT Support Hours (Staff and Students)
- Wednesday 24 December: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Thursday 25 December to Monday 5 January 2026: University closed
- From Monday 5 January 2026: Normal operating hours resume, Weekdays: 8:30 am – 8:00 pm and Weekends: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
During the Christmas closure period, incidents should be logged via the Service Portal at https://une.service-now.com/sp_it. An emergency-only on-call service will be in place to monitor critical requests.
