An upgrade to our Shibboleth authentication service is scheduled for Wednesday, 10 December, between 6:00pm and 7:00pm.
During this window, sign-on access to several key business applications — including Callista, Technology One, Web Kiosk, ServiceNow, Archibus and MyLearn — may be affected.
While we do not expect any major interruptions, please be aware there may be a brief 5–10 minute period where authentication is unavailable. If this occurs, you may be prompted to sign in again once the upgrade is complete.
