We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled IT maintenance for Technology and Digital Services (TDS). This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued reliability and security of our UNE IT environment and includes the installation of new network infrastructure at key data centres.
The TDS maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June 2025.
Maintenance Details
This is a full weekend scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance window, TDS systems will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our services.
Login access to ALL applications, including MyUNE, MyLearn and other resources will be impacted on Saturday 14 June. There will be intermittent outages to applications on Sunday 15 June.
On-campus network, UNE email and public facing services not requiring authentication such as the UNE website will not be impacted by the scheduled work.
What do you need to do?
We recommend that you download any materials (such as readings and lecture recordings) you require over the weekend.
