IT Support hours Staff and Students:
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 December 2024 – 9:00 to 5:00pm
Monday 23 December 2023 – Wednesday 1 January 2025 – UNE Closed
Thursday 2nd January 2025, return to normal operating hours for Weekdays 8:30 – 8:00pm and Weekends: 9:00-5:00pm
Incidents should be raised via our service portal: https://une.service-now.com/sp_it, where we will have emergency-only staff on call during the Christmas closure period to monitor queues.
