TDS will be performing some proactive upgrades in Sydney this Saturday the 27 November starting at 6am and being completed by 8am. While service interruption should be minimal there always exists the possibility that broader services may be impacted during the scheduled work.

All work will be completed by 8am and normal service will be restored.

This work is to migrate from an older set of equipment onto a new platform, consolidating the amount of hardware we have in Sydney as well increasing our capabilities and performance.

Service Desk support will be available during the weekend from 9am to 5pm, please contact Ext.5000 or the Service Now portal if you are experiencing problems after the planned outage.
