The Callista Student Management System is being upgraded this coming weekend. 

The impact for the business is outlined below:

System off-line Callista will be offline from 5pm Thursday 28 October

  • You will not be able to access Callista, Online Enrolment (OLE) or the eReserve system (library).
  • No student records will be able to be updated. 
  • No reports will be able to be generated. 

 System on-line Following the upgrade, Callista will be available from midday Monday 1 November.  If, on Monday, you cannot log back in please contact our IT Support team by phone or through the IT Service portal.

For those of you working with students: Moodle and student email should NOT be affected.

  • No work is planned on Moodle. However, we are recommending that staff and students download any materials (such as readings and lecture recording) required over the weekend to local systems to make sure continuity of access just in case. Please access your units directly in Moodle.
  • Monday 1 November is the last date to make changes to student enrolment for Trimester 3 without penalty. Students are encouraged to make any required changes through the Online Enrolment (OLE) system before 5pm Thursday, 28 October due to the system being unavailable over the weekend. After 1 November, students may still withdraw from units up until Census date of Trimester 3.

Service Desk support will be available during the weekend from 9am to 5pm, please contact Ext.5000 or the ServiceNow Portal if you are experiencing problems after the maintenance outage.
