Our new Identity Management System has gone live this week and we are working on fixing a few minor issues related to user accounts.
Currently our IT team are resolving some student facing issues as a priority to ensure that admissions and enrolment processes are operational. Many of you have noticed and reported an issue with names being capitalised in email. We are working towards a resolution on this and expect a correction early next week however we ask for your patience while we prioritise the student experience issues first.
