ITD will be updating the firmware on the core network router to address a software issue that causes random hardware resets which could occur at any time – the upgrade is to a version recommended by the manufacturer to address this issue.
This work is scheduled for between 8:30pm and 9:30pm on Thursday, 14th September.
During this time there will be two disruptions to all services for up to 10 minutes each.
