IT Customer Service – let us know how you think we are performing in our annual survey

The University of New England along with most universities in Australia and New Zealand is participating in a benchmarking exercise for IT service quality. I would like to invite you to participate in the benchmarking by completing a short survey about your experiences with our IT Customer Service Teams. To provide confidentiality, the survey is being conducted by the Voice Project, an external organisation which performs this function across the University sector.

Not only will your feedback help us understand how well our current services are meeting your needs and identify areas requiring improvement, it will enable us to benchmark our service standard against other universities. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated confidentially and the University of New England will not be able to identify your name with your responses. The survey invitations will go out on Wednesday, 9th August 2017 and will be open for two weeks.  You will receive an email from Ben Eastment (from the Voice Project) inviting you to participate on the first day of the survey.

If you are concerned about the legitimacy of this email or have questions about the survey, please contact Martina Linnemann, Service Delivery Manager, ITD on x 5032 or mlinnema@une.edu.au
