FMS wish to advise that there will be a major inconvenience due to works being undertaken:
Location(s): Madgwick Hall (C008)
Issue: Due to a failure in underground pipework, heating for Madgwick Hall and UNE Life offices in C008 has been turned off and will be out of service for the remainder of 2016. Please do not use your own electrical heaters as there is very limited electrical capacity in the building. Excessive use of personal heaters may result in the overloading of circuits resulting in blackout, damage or fire. FMS is working on increasing electrical capacity and will provide heaters for use in offices only
Reason: Extensive major repairs required
