The Turnitin Originality/Plagiarismim Self Check for student assignments within moodle is down.
Students and staff who try and use it may receive the error:
Submission failed. Please try again. A site configuration error occurred when attempting to send this file to Turnitin.
There is a work-around, which students can access by going to:
http://tlcadmin.une.edu.au/esubmission/check
Students will need to login as normal, the Turnitin will look different for uploading files, and they will have to go back to the above link to receive their reports, but it works.
IT is working on the Turnitin within moodle, and we will inform you when the issue is resolved.
