This Thursday, 22nd April, ITD will update two components of UNEOnline – Sakai and TLCAdmin (the “Site Profile” tool for staff).
The entire outage will be for 6 hours from 9.am until 3pm with Sakai likely to take the longest amount of time upgrade.
TLCAdmin (Site Profile) should require no more than 4 hours and should return by 1pm.
During this time the following services will be unavailable:
- Direct login to Blackboard and Sakai via MyUNE
- Submission of Assignments (eSubmission)
- Self-check of Assignments (eSubmission)
- Sakai
- Access to the Site Profile (unit management)
- Student Enrolment
- Download of Assignments and Feedback.
Blackboard will remain available if students and staff navigate directly to it (https://olt.une.edu.au)
