This problem has now been resolved (6.45pm Wednesday, 14th April)
ITD is experiencing a major disruptive issue with the main Oracle database infrastructure which support the primary applications of the University, including Callista, Blackboard, Sakai, E-submission, VTLS, Trim, HR, Course & Unit Catalogue, Finance One and others.
Email and the main web presence are not affected.
We hope to have services restored by 6pm today, but are unable to confirm a definite time at the moment.
We apologise for this unexpected interruption to services.
